WHAT I DO...

An American by birth, I am now based in North London after two decades of jaunts around the globe.

My grandfather was a professional photographer for Lockheed Martin - he spent much of his working days dangling from the open doors of aircraft to photograph the newest airplanes on the market; my mother was a flight attendant and showed me around the world - you could say adventure runs in the Gallant family.

I am a keen and avid blogger and writer with a lean toward the local, the independent, the gritty, and the innovative, peppered with a dash of sentimentality.
